ADENIR is an early-stage industrial project for green industrial chemistry in Brazil.
We integrate technologies and low-emission processes to reposition segments of the Brazilian chemical industry within current climate and regulatory frameworks.
Current stage
The initiative is at an early structuring stage. We are building the industrial, commercial and capital partnerships required to reach Final Investment Decision (FID) over the next 24-36 months.
Holding company headquartered in Portugal. Industrial operations planned for Brazil.
Materials
Detailed technical, financial and commercial materials are shared only in meetings under non-disclosure agreement (NDA), with qualified parties: impact funds, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), family offices and industrial partners.
